Kate builds websites and booking systems for local businesses. This option puts that to work for you, paid for by the room rent instead of out of your pocket.
What Kate builds
- A website for The Urban Social, with an availability calendar, booking requests and deposits taken online, and your room shown full of people from our gatherings. Valued at $3,500.
- Care after it launches, kept running, updated and looked after. $250 a month of the care goes toward the room.
- You own it outright. The site is yours, the same as the room.
How it works
Instead of you paying Kate for the website and its care, that value pays our room rent.

| November 2026 through December 2027 | No rent changes hands. The website and $250 a month of its care cover fourteen months of our room. |
| January 2028 onward | We pay you $150 a month. That's our $500 rent, less $350 a month care for all four of your sites. |
In short, you get a finished website looked after every month, we get the room, and no rent changes hands for fourteen months.
If our room arrangement ends while there's still credit left, the balance is settled in cash.
