The three that go to Jennifer

Read in this order. The first one carries the other two inside it.

1

Business planBudgetHandbook

The whole business in one document. A faith-led room and what that looks like at every gathering, what it is, The Urban Social and what it costs, the money and the break-even, the year to launch on Thursday 14 January 2027, who does what, four honest risks, and what is settled against what still has to be decided.

2

Who she is

The member, researched against the three rooms already on her calendar in Rutherford County. Three ways she arrives, three we say no to, and the five things the portrait has to change.

3

Mission, vision and values

The purpose, the mission, the vision, and seven values, each with the behaviour that proves it. Faith leads the mission and the vision and is value one.

New drafts

The budget, the handbook and sponsorship

Each one opens with a short summary and lists what is still undecided rather than guessing at it.

4

Operating budget

Every monthly line we can price, sourced and dated, plus the twelve we cannot yet. Break-even with and without paying the two of us, the cash gap before launch, and ten questions for Jeremy.

5

Member handbook

What a member gets, dues and the founder lock, how a month runs with prayer, a devotional and prayer needs at every gathering, the room, how industries are balanced, and the culture. Sixteen open questions sit in one box at the end.

6

Sponsors

The prospect list, the sponsorship tiers and the playbook: who to ask, what to offer, and how to ask them, leading with faith.

7

Sponsoring the founding year

The sponsorship deck Jennifer takes into a meeting. It opens on faith, then her, then the room.

The Urban Social

The pages for Jeremy and Kellie

Built for the tablet at the 7 October meeting. The proposal leads, and the other two are the alternatives it links to.

8

The proposal

A standing home at The Urban Social: one breakfast and one evening workshop a month for $500, from November 2026, and what the room gets in return.

9

Room for more dates

The same $500, plus extra weeknights at a $75 an hour member rate with a two hour minimum and no cleaning fee.

10

A website trade

Kate's website and its care pay the room rent from November 2026 through the end of December 2027.

The working documents

Research and decisions behind the plan

Useful, and two of them carry numbers that the LLC decision made wrong. Both are marked.

11

Where it meets

The venue search, scored and ranked, with the rooms compared side by side and Kate's rulings on each. Written before either of the two rooms was walked on 10 September.

12

What her letter changes

Ginger's nonprofit lessons mapped against this build, plus the August budget rebuild. The lessons still hold. Every number on it has moved, and its filing figures were written for a nonprofit.

13

Launch plan

The August launch plan. Its January launch and its October to December soft launch both turned out to be right. What is stale on it is every 501(c)(3) reference, the mark commission, Cynthia at a yearly rate, and the decide-by dates. The business plan takes over from it.

Brand

The identity, and what it produces

Built in August, with the new logo added on 7 October. The brand guide is the parent document and the other three come out of it.

14

Master brand guide

Strategy, identity, the system, expression and experience. Cultivated belonging, the four pillars, the Woven Cycle, the colour and type system, and how we speak. Version 1.1 adds the cross-hatch W logo in every version, with its usage rules and a zip of the logo files. Section five still carries a placeholder line, since replaced by the mission page.

15

Image production kit

How the photography is shot and treated, so every image looks like it came from the same room, and the founding dinner shoot will run straight off it.

Three things that live elsewhere

The legal documents

The signed chapter agreement, the separation agreement and the limited amendment sit in the project folder rather than on the web, because none of them belongs behind a link that anyone at all could open.

They are in Projects\woven-room\docs\ on Kate's machine.

The operating agreement

The agreement between the two of us lives in Jennifer's formatted Google Doc, which is the working copy. Kate's notes on that version are in docs\operating-agreement-review-2026-10-01.md. It stays off the web, for the same reason as the legal documents above it.

Jennifer's founding folder

The original concept document, the name options and the recording summary from the 8 August founding meeting are in the Google Drive folder Jennifer owns and shared with Kate that day.

Anything not listed above does not exist

There is no speaker brief yet. The budget, the handbook and the sponsorship pages are first drafts, and each one marks what is still undecided, so nothing here quietly reads as further along than it is.

The Woven Room

This index is the front door. If a document is not on it, it has not been written.
